Division D Success Plan

The Division plan to help strengthen struggling clubs:
Division D Area Governors are committed to visiting clubs and providing needed training and mentoring for each individual club. We recognize that not all clubs are the same and has it owns characteristics, and that the basic format and structure of the Toastmasters club has worked for many good years throughout the World.

Governor Doug Wright’s plan to engage and motivate Area Governors:
Division D Area Governors are all very motivated, responsible, Professional and qualified Toastmasters.

The Division will pursue opportunities to develop leadership by:
By providing opportunities for new individuals to participate in Contests and Leadership opportunities.

The Division plan to develop new club opportunities:
We are continually receiving requests for Demo meetings and our extension chair Billie Jones,Susan Baer, Peggy and Richard Carr are supportive in making those happen.

Governor Doug Wright’s plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
Our Area Governors will work with Club Presidents to encourage members to move forward.

Division D will support Area and Club marketing efforts by:
